st.ann's dental can offer to treat patients while they are asleep under intravenous sedation. This service benefits those patients who have avoided dental care in the past due to a fear of the dentist or needles etc. Intravenous (I.V.) sedation can be provided one of our fully trained medical anaesthetists or alternatively we can offer oral sedation in tablet form.
We appreciate that each patient who comes to the clinic is unique, with different concerns and needs. If you choose to be sedated during your treatment then the anaesthetist will be constantly monitoring your well-being while the dentist is completing your treatment and giving you their complete care and undivided attention.
